The annual contract is often beneficial for groups and organizations that have monthly meetings and an annual event or party. The annual contract includes 12, once a month rentals, on a Monday through Thursday time slot and one special event on a day other than Saturday. The use of furniture is included, but there is an additional charge if a custodian sets up and/or tears down. The custodian requires set up instructions in writing. If food is served, the kitchen must be left clean and the floors swept or mopped. All belongings must be removed, and garbage (kitchen and bathroom) must be taken to dumpster. If these, or other duties, must be performed by a custodian in order to bring the facility to pre-event condition, a charge will be levied.

Proof of Insurance - A certificate of liability insurance (minimum liability = $100,000) naming the Palma Sola Botanical Park as certificate holder is required for rental of our facilities.
Security/Damage Deposit - $250
Required for rental of our facilities
Custodial/Cleaning fee - $250.00
If the rental occurs on a major holiday, additional fees for staffing and custodians will be charged.
Please note: all items must be removed immediately following events, to avoid storage problems and additional charges. We are not responsible for items left after the event is over and you have left the premises
